We often think that if we have enough willpower, we can break any habit. However, the problem is willpower wanes. As our day marches on, we have less energy and resistance and our willpower declines….that´s why I blow my diet at 10 pm. at night :/ Also, breaking a habit involves pain so we tend to avoid it despite the fact we don’t want that habit anymore.
