¡Wow, history in the making! We launched the first Viva Yoga Sculpt Master Class Lanzamos la primera Master de Class Viva Yoga Sculpt (yoga con weights) with 360 degree views of Madrid. The day began with the Master Class and then we enjoyed a power networking breakfast with fresh fruit shakes prepared by Alpro, Central Lechera Asturiana. We had the opportunity to listen to Marta Robles and learn about self esteem and her latest book, “Do what you Fear.” We learned about the latest trends in health and well being in the US presented by me and then had time for networking. We ended the day with a raffle full of high style and first class presents including a trip for dos people to NY in business class courtesy of Delta Air Lines, 5 sessions of physiotherapy from iQtra, 3 baskets of organic products from Aveda, 2 Michael Kors’ bags, an educational offering from English for Fun and a spa treatment from Mi Calle de Nueva York.
The event was directed towards 70 women (executives, directors and business entrepreneurs) who wanted to share a day of inspiration, relaxation and personal connections with other “like minded” women.
