Lessons from our pets and how it can help us get rid of our second agendas.

Our pets wait for us all day to come home and are always happy to see us. They know how to give unconditionally. They know how to concentrate on one activity at a time. For example, When they eat, they eat, when they walk, they walk and when they play, they play. They don´t spend time multi-tasking. They appreciate the small things, a walk in nature. They know how to be present in the moment and sniff a flower.

Our pets don´t have second agendas.

Can we learn to be more like our pets and give unconditionally, concentrate on one activity at a time, appreciate the small things and be more present in the moment? Maybe by dropping our second agendas, we can be more of who we want to be and more aligned with our pets.
