Wow! We did it! It´s been an incredible 8 months since we started this year and I can´t thank my students/clients/friends/supporters enough for everything we have accomplished. On reflection, we launched 2 new classes, (Viva Suspension Sculpt (with TRX bands) and Viva Cardio Sculpt with large pilate balls) we took beautiful pictures of the Viva Yoga Sculpt class and showed Spain a little of what we do (pics are on the website under classes).
We launched new classes at the iQtra clinic, where we are working side by side with sport´s medicine doctors on strengthening the body through exercise and mental fortitude and finally put together a video that simulates life and how we fit exercise into our very busy schedules (will launch this Fall).
I am soon off to California for 2 months of intense training and new disciplines so I can return in September for 10 months of new teaching and practices which I look forward to sharing with you! Continue learning and practicing this summer as we are all students and teachers as the beauty lies in the growth!
