These classes have been going on for almost two years now in Barrio Salamanca and El Viso but its the first time, we have taken pictures of the class to show to the public what we do…it´s a Viva Yoga Sculpt class where we blend yoga with weights, cardio, balance, and stretching for a full body workout. Some people call it yoga for athletes, others call it westernized yoga, and others just call it a mix of techniques that work all muscle groups. Whatever you call it is fine, what we seem to agree on is that once you experienced it, its gets into your system and you want to do more!
