I had the great fortune to work with Gloria Vazquez Sacristan from Telva and teach her some Yoga/Ballet poses combined with TRX. See the Video and learn. 1. Always pull the belly in and up, like a zipper, to protect the lumbar spine.
2. Breath. Just like in any exercise, the breath gives us strength. Inhale to prepare and exhale on the most challenging part of the exercise.
3. Always maintain tension on the TRX straps to get the most out of the exercise.
Combining TRX con Yoga/Ballet is a more challenging exercise because it forces us to engage all our muscles to maintain equilibrium. Focus on a point in the horizon that is fixed to steady your balance. Also, don´t forget to 8 to 12 repetitions on both legs.
