What a great evening! I had 5 Sculpters with me (Elizabeth, Jill, Montse, Alicia y Liz) demonstrating the class we do every week at iQtra. We showed a variety of poses using weights in the class. Also, they interviewed us why this practice is different than traditional yoga. A big thanks to my clients/friends who participated and all your support.
