Finally, we learn how to decompress and why it is important to get a good night’s sleep.

Attract millennials to attract the best talent
This generation is different. They want to work for companies they believe in, causes that motivate them, and places where they can make a difference. They have seen their parents do jobs that they had to do, although they did not want to do and they do not want to fall into the same trap.
In this workshop, we review the latest scientific evidence on happiness from the Academy for Happiness Studies and review concepts such as the 10% time, the 5-to-1 ratio, gratitude, and the power of pause.
Yoga and Mindfulness companywide
Physical activity increases happiness levels, helps create emotional bonds and improves relationships between workers, and at the same time improves health throughout the company.
In each class we will focus on a theme or an intention that will serve as a common thread to weave the various parts of the yoga class and whose objective will be to reinforce the company culture. We will close with a meditation to reinforce the message. Classes are offered live and online and can be a one-time event or regular classes.
